Jerusalem Commercial Center

The Jerusalem Commercial Center (JCC) is the first mixed use commercial center project in East Jerusalem. It is located in the heart of prime East Jerusalem within a short walking distance from the Old City and the Holy Sites. The site is also within walking distance from St. George School at the intersection of Salah Eddin Street and Nablus Road. The project is comprised of five underground parking levels, two commercial floors – street level, 3 office floors dedicated to modern offices and 3 Hotel Floors. 
The project total built-up area is around 19,301sqm.

The design and engineering services have been approved by the municipality. The license will be approved in 2019. After the approval of the license, the construction phase will start, which will last for 30 months. The project is expected to be completed by the beginning of 2022.
